CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
The 2019 KAMA Abstract Competition is to award high-quality research conducted by Korean American medical students (KAMSA) and residents/fellows (KAMRAF). Three awardees from each group will be selected.
First Place: $1000
Second Place: $800
Third Place: $500
Winners of the Abstract Competition will be expected to give an oral presentation on
Sunday July 21, 2019 at 9:00 AM
**All other accepted abstracts will be presented as posters**
Deadline for submission:
11:59 pm EST, June 15, 2019
Submission fee: $20
Eligibility Criteria for the Abstract Competition:

The presenter must be a medical student at a LCME-accredited school, or a resident or fellow at an ACGME-accredited program at the time of the convention

The presenter must be an active member of KAMA or KAMSA

The presenter must be registered for the 2019 KAMA Convention (New York, NY)

The abstract must not have been previously published
